It is with great sadness that we share the news that our Borough Manager and friend, Scott Mitchell, passed away on Thursday, February 25th. Those of us who have been fortunate enough to know and work with Scott have lost a boss,
a colleague and friend. No words can adequately express our gratitude for Scott and our sadness because of this loss.
His passing is also a tremendous loss for the Borough of Morrisville. In his role as Borough Manager, Scott worked tirelessly to ensure Morrisville Borough was moving forward in positive directions. His knowledge, dedication and steadfast efforts have benefitted our Borough greatly.
In his honor the flag of the United States shall be flown at half-staff at the Borough Municipal building and Borough grounds.
